Well known for his high energy, visionary leadership, and innovative thinking, Greg’s ministry effectively infects culture with the life transforming power of God’s Word. Greg and Shaylyn live in Westerville with their kids Ella and Hudson.

Jonathan brings his own unique brand of leadership and positive energy to the One Church leadership team. He is driven by a love for God and people. He gives direct oversite to our Assimilation, Discipleship and Missions systems, however his administrative and team building skills can be seen throughout all of the ministries of One Church. Jonathan and his wife, Heather, live in New Albany.

Dustin and Kristi are a powerful one-two punch! Armed with God-given talents and God-honoring hearts, this dynamic duo brings a unique element to the team. As the Creative Arts Pastor, Dustin brings ingenuity and imagination to the ministries of One Church. Kristi, our Worship Pastor, passionately leads the music/worship ministry both on and off the stage. Together this couple helps us raise the bar with excellence and authenticity.

NEXT GENERATION PASTOR
Andrew leads one of the most exciting ministries at One Church, our Kid's ministry. As a church of predominately young families, we place a high value on investing in our children. Andrew orchestrates a high impact ministry that strengthens families and builds the next generation of Christ followers. Andrew and his wife, Melissa, live in Gahanna with their three sons Connor, Aiden, and Brennan.
